Autódromo do Estoril

The Autódromo do Estoril is a famous motorsport race track in Portugal, located about 25 kilometers west of Lisbon, near the town of Estoril. The track was opened in 1972 and has since established itself as one of the most important motorsport venues in the country. It is particularly well-known for its history in Formula 1, MotoGP and various international racing series. With a length of 4.182 kilometers and 13 corners, the circuit offers an exciting mix of fast corners and technical sections that are always a highlight for both drivers and spectators.

The Autódromo do Estoril has a long tradition in international racing and has hosted several Formula 1 Grand Prix and various MotoGP races. In the 1980s and 1990s it was a regular stop in the Formula 1 World Championship. The circuit also has a permanent place in the MotoGP calendar, although no longer regularly. The track is known for its changing elevation, challenging routing and varied layout, which offers both fast passages and technical sections.
