The current route length is 4.411 km with nine right and eight left turns. After modernization, the Circuit Nevers Magny-Cours is considered one of the most modern and safest race tracks in the world. Some sections are named after other famous racing circuits, such as the Adelaide Hairpin, Estoril Right-Hander, Nürburgring Chicane and Imola Chicane.
